Lovely 2nd floor villa that is very convenient to
the pool, clubhouse and tennis courts ( free to guests )!
The spacious two bedroom, two bathroom layout offers all the
amenities of home including a fully furnished kitchen and all your
bed linens and towels. Enjoy the morning sun in the master
bedroom as it beckons you to start your day of fun on Hilton Head
Island.
A maximum of six can sleep comfortably in the villa which features
a new queen mattress in the master bedroom with private bath, two
twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. A
dining room table accommodates four. A Sofa and loveseat provide
seating for all to relax after a fun day at the beach or on the
links. We also have a covered porch that offers additional seating
or some quiet time for reading and relaxing.
This Villa is located within the gated, security-patrolled
community of Fiddler’s Cove Beach and Racquet Club. This 23-acre
peaceful resort offers two large pools, a heated hot tub, sundeck,
tot lots, outdoor grilling areas, bike racks and a small lagoon.
Included with your rental is unlimited use of Fiddler's Cove’s
ten clay Har-Tru tennis courts and two indoor racquetball courts!
Did we mention the short walk to the beach? Just 300 yards away is
the pristine white sands of Folly Field Beach. Follow the wide
sidewalks to Folly Field which features public restrooms, a beach
walk, public meter parking, and unbeatable sunsets.
Hilton Head offers everything one needs for a first-class
vacation! Championship golfing, miles of beaches, charming yacht
harbors, and world class fishing! Go kayaking, take a dolphin
tour, or shop till you drop! Pick up the bike trail right at Folly
Field and meander around the scenic island. At the end of a
fun-filled day, enjoy one of the island's fine-dining restaurants
or grill your prize catch of the day just outside the villa. Then
return to the beach to fly a kite or take a late night stroll.

* Weekly rentals preferred ... Saturday to Saturday.
* Monthly rentals available Nov. through Mar.
* We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* NO SMOKING IN VILLA, No Pets, No Motorcycles, and No Boats.
* No bikes are allowed inside the villa.
* Please use the provided bike racks.
Summer (Memorial Day-Labor Day) ... $775/week
Spring (April/May)................. $550/week
Fall (Sept/Oct).................... $525/week
Winter (Nov-Mar) .................. $425/week
Weekly Rates include rent, cleaning and taxes.
