Come stay in the

We’re located right next to one of the access gates
leading to Folly Field beach.
We’re also just steps from a play area, charcoal grills,
tennis courts and the Clubhouse pool.
It really doesn’t get any better.
The villa is beautifully maintained and freshly painted, with new
hardwood floors throughout the living areas, a new mattress in the
master bedroom, and a new queen sleeper sofa.
Built- in bookcases house books, magazines, games and
puzzles, plus information on local attractions and restaurants.
There is also a library of movies for you to enjoy during
your stay. A large HD flat screen TV in the living Room and
each bedroom has a TV with a DVD player
and/or VCR. And free
secure wireless Internet access in the villa, too!
We supply everything you need for a great vacation – sand toys,
beach umbrella, cooler and a beach buggy to transport it all.
The kitchen is also fully equipped.
All you need to bring are
beach towels and food.

Fiddler's Cove is a gated resort community with two swimming
pools, hot tub, multiple clay tennis courts, children's play
areas, barbecue grills, racquetball courts and 24 hour security.
As a guest at Fiddlers Cove, you have free access to one of the
best fitness facilities on Hilton Head Island -- Progressive
Health and Fitness, just 1/2 mile away.
Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check out: 10:00 AM
Reservation Deposit: $200 required to reserve. Balance due 45 days
prior to arrival date.
Security Deposit: $100 security/damage deposit required. Refunded
following departure, provided no expenses/damages incurred.
Cancellation: There is a $75 charge for all cancellations. If
cancellation occurs at least 45 days prior to arrival date, the
balance of the deposit (less $75) will be returned. For
cancellations within 45 days, the deposit is forfeited in full
unless the property is re-rented at the full advertised rate.
Rates quoted include rent, taxes and cleaning fees.
Please note that Fiddler's Cove is a non-smoking, pet-free
facility. Maximum 6 guests, 2 vehicles per villa. No motorcycles,
campers or boats allowed.
Summer
(Memorial Day-Labor Day) ... $775/week
Spring (April/May)................. $550/week
Fall (Sept/Oct).................... $525/week
Winter (Nov-Mar) .................. $425/week
