villa includes, Two Bedrooms, Two full Baths, Full Kitchen, Front
Loading Washer and Dryer, and is just steps to the pool, clubhouse
(with Broadband Internet access), outdoor grills and tennis
courts. The spacious two bedroom, two bathroom layout
offers all the amenities of home including a fully furnished
kitchen and all your bed linens and towels.
The villa was renovated with tile flooring in the kitchen,
dinning room and both bathrooms, and new appliances (including a
new air conditioner, water heater, refrigerator and washer &
dryer). The Master
Bedroom is newly decorated and includes a new Simmons “Beauty
Rest” Queen-Size Mattress and box spring, new bedspread and
window treatments and is freshly painted.
The Master Bath adjoins the Master Bedroom. A maximum of six can sleep comfortably in the villa
which features a new queen mattress in the master bedroom with
private bath, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen
sleeper sofa. A dining
room table accommodates six. A
Sofa, leather recliner, and wicker rocker provide seating for all
to relax after a fun day at the beach or on the links. We
also have a covered porch that offers additional seating or some
quiet time for reading and relaxing. This Villa is located within the gated,
security-patrolled community of Fiddler’s Did we mention the short walk to the beach? Just
300 yards away is the pristine white sands of Hilton Head offers everything one needs for a
first-class vacation! Championship
golfing, miles of beaches, charming yacht harbors, and world class
fishing! Go kayaking,
take a dolphin tour, or shop till you drop! Hilton
Head is home to an extensive network of bicycle paths. Bicycles
of all kinds can be delivered right to your villa and will be
picked up at the end of your stay.
Pick up the bike trail right at Folly Field and meander
around the scenic island. At
the end of a fun-filled day, enjoy one of the island's fine-dining
restaurants or grill your prize catch of the day just outside the
villa. Then return to
